This MS-B09 Trailblazer is a legends class figure made by Magic Square (MS-Toys, a relatively new 3rd party transformer studio focusing on pocket size toys), with excellent movability and details. 

It transforms into a black pickup and back, in homage to G1 Trailbreaker.
