This MS-B21EX Intelligence Officer is the latest legends class figure made by Magic Square (MS-Toys, a relatively new 3rd party transformer studio focusing on pocket size toys), with excellent movability and details. 

It transforms into a yellow beetle, in homage to G1 Bumblebee. The length of the legs can also be adjusted to fit to different sizes of the figures.
