This New Age H21 Scaramanga ( Inspired by G1 Soundwave), is brought by NewAge ( A new 3rd party Transformer Studio focusing on pocket size toys) is of legends scale and transforms into a tape recorder. 

This figure follows the design of the Masterpiece line from the official, with amazingly high articulation and baking-like  finishing on some parts. Die-cast parts are also added to this robot to realize a better texture of the toy.
